• Students can take to the maximum of two books at a time in his account.
• Loan period of the book is two weeks (15days) from the date of issue
• Renewal should be on or before one due date.
• Librarian’s decision is final with regard to renewal of Loan period.
• A fine of Rs 1/- will be levied for each day after the due date.
• Students can take back issues of monthly journals for Xeroxing and it should be returned within a day.
• Students will be severely punished if books returned are damaged while returning.
• Students will not be issued hall ticket without clearing library dues.
• Students should maintain silence inside the Library.
• Students should sign in the register kept at the entrance while entering library as per the format.
• Personal books should be kept on the table which is provided at the entrance of the Library.
